Actually, if you got that impression, you misread the thread. If you
read it, you will see that NOT ONE PERSON who bought an exhaust system
from me claimed that it did not fit. The original poster claimed to have
seen the Dansk system (he did not specify if, or where, he bought it,
but it was not from me), and said that it was not comparable to the
original.  Then a few list members responded that they had bought their
exhaust systems from me, and were happy with the fit and quality.

In fact I am very careful about the specs of the aftermarket parts that
I sell. Quite simply, I will not sell a part that I would not feel
comfortable putting on my own Vanagon. I regularly reject parts that are
offered to me because they do not meet this criterion.

Just setting the record straight.
