Hello all-

I've found some spots with net access quite easily on my drive so far, so I have been able to whip together a simple site to document my travels, vanagon info, etc.

So far I've made it from Seattle to the Missoula area, down to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, and am now back in Montana. There is lots of net access even in the middle of nowhere, times have really changed. I am trying to keep my trip free from the stress of computers and so on, but its really fun to journal my trip as I go and have friends back home aware of my present location.

If you would like to follow along,

I am not able to read much list mail, and am mostly in digest mode. If you are on my route and want a vanagon visitor, send me pmail please!

Here is a really rough map of where I'm going:

So far the van has been running beautifully, if not speedily up mountain passes.

I've taken to sleeping only on the lower bed, it is much more comfortable (thicker matress?).

I've also finally constructed a loft which is amazingly useful:

This alone has made the trip worthwhile.

Talk to yall on the other side-
