Yahoo mail can be set so the spam filters do not filter you out Ron. Simply look in the bulk mail and recover busdepot mail and indicate this is not a spam address. So what have you done to make you a second class spam man? Date: Thu, 23 Sep 2004 15:05:12 -0400 From: The Bus Depot <vanagon@BUSDEPOT.COM> Subject: Re: Free gmail account for Vanagon list members.

And with it, most Bus Depot email - even if we're responding to your direct inquiry! I've been told by a couple of customers that Yahoo classifies Bus Depot email as spam, at least at the higher security settings, even though we never spam. Then I read a study showing that Yahoo's "false positive" rate (that is, classifying non-spam as spam) is 22% - nearly the highest in the industry! In fact the article noted that many Yahoo subscribers had trouble getting onto the U.S. Government "do not call" list last year, because, ironically, Yahoo's spam filter intercepted the FTC's response to them as spam!

So if you're a Bus Depot customer and use Yahoo mail, check your bulk folder carefully if you've recently sent us an email or placed an order!
