Located just outside of Eureka, CA. I'm pulling the engine out of my 87 Syncro GL for TDI conversion. Selling engine complete with intake, AMF, ECU, new exhaust & cat, all the WBX specific stuff is coming out, plus a few extra parts I have laying around. I rebuilt one head last year. Engine runs great with excellent compression all around. Does not leak oil or water. Willing to rebuild the other head for a little extra. I'm asking $1000 firm. Serious inquiries, come take it for a drive first. The engine will still be in the van for about a month if there are not takers before then. Otherwise, I'll pull it within a week of deposit. Buyer must arrange freight & pickup or I can deliver from Santa Rosa to Crescent City, for cost of rental van + gas. P-mail if interested.
