Let me reiterate, the muffler/exhaust pipe I got from Bus Depot were the
highest quality German made and resonate nicely on my diesel. I certainly
would not have expected this performance from a third-world muffler.

The mounts were Brazilian, however, and thinner than the original.

I ended up using thick spacers to make them fit but that was no big deal.

You might recognize that spacer as the seat belt holder.
I seem to recall the original mounts were around $20 each and I needed 3, so
the Brazilian ones were preferable.
