I'm guessing I gal for the outside & 1 for the inside. The problem I see, is that the doors & hatch are off, and I'm thinking of painting them separate. I worry, though, that differences in humidity, temperature, etc. will show. So, I guess I will just paint the door jambs first, then install doors & hatch, then shoot the whole thing. I also have to install fiberglass bumpers & trim. And install electric door locks & windows, where manual were. I hope I can safely do this after painting? thanks, John C. SLC, UT...

re-think your quantities. Base-coat clear-coat does not take that much color. Maybe 3/4- 1 gal. You thin with activator witch, depending on the paint, may double the volume. Same with the sealer and clears.

no way to figure square foot coverage per gallon? then you could better guesstimate.
