Dennis, After having looked at your entire site I have to say you've done a great job with it. I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience with FastForward, you would hope that a business would follow the "truth in advertising" motto and if found to have sold something that isn't what they had portrayed that they would make good on it.

Your info on the conversion was very informative and had some good quantitative measurements to show your improvements. It's too easy to say that "you think it's faster" with any changes you've made but without hard numbers you might as well throw darts at a dartboard to come up with your answers.
