From the picture what that tank is doing is going about two inches deeper
(lower) than the stack tank and going under the frame part where the stock
tank fastens.  The drive shaft passes only about 1 inch from that point of
the frame.  You would have one heck of a redesign job on the tank to get the
right clearance.  I would hate to see the price tag on that tank from just
the labor bill.
