<BODY><P>Hi Bill,</P> <P>The valve at the back, situated on top of the thermostat housing, is to be turned by hand only.&nbsp; It only opens a partial turn.&nbsp; Don't use pliers or you'll break it!&nbsp; The bleeder screw at the front just needs to be opened until some coolant escapes (along with the air bubbles).&nbsp; When it runs without bubbles, you're done.&nbsp; Close the front screw off first, and then close the rear bleeder valve last thing.</P> <P>Warren</P> <P>88 Westy "Billy Bones"</P></BODY>
