US market vehicle, badeged as a Vanagon, not a Transporter... but original owner bought it under a "tour Europe then ship it home" program VW was sponsoring at the time.

It definitely is not an early '86. It's a Merian Brown Westfalia GL, with the beige camper cabinetry, and the gold seats/carpets.

It certainly doesn't have the new fuse panel due to options... I've got P/S, but no AC, rear wiper/washer, power windows, or power locks... It also lacked power mirrors from the factory, but I remedied that :-).
