Subject: South African Grille headlight conversion on an 84 Vanagon

Hey there , I recently bought a South African Grille and the corresponding headlights from the great guys over a t Volks Café and have a couple questions about them. The instructions assume they are being installed on an 85 or later (ie separate high and low beams wiring already) however I have an 84. So while I can skip all the parts about getting the circular headlight mounts I am confused as how to run the new wiring for the inner high beams. Do I daisy chain off the outer light wiring or do I need to run new wires from the fuse area in the dash? Also are the connectors for the inner Hellas (highs) standard or an item I need to order from VW? If anyone can offer suggestions or perhaps webpages with more info I would really appreciate it.

Thanks! Tolga
