The 3 screws have nothing to do with the leaking, they only hold the faucet to the sink deck. You could open the cupboard below and remove the drawer and look up at the bottom with a light to see if the vinyl tubing is not leaking, but the usual problem is the seals inside the faucet body and since it is all plastic, glued or welded together, there is no way to fix it. Time for a new one from one of the list vendors, but they are not cheap.
