This is an apples V.S Oranges type comparison. Boesheild is used in areas where tools and hands cant reach, POR15 is for refinishing and HOPEFULLY a permanent finish to be painted over. Boeshield doesnt dry, it leaves a waxy yellowish film that you CANT paint over. ive had mixed results using POR15 i used it all over my vanagon 4 years ago....alot of the areas are rusting again (mostly the seams) Yes I followed the instructions.
