On my '85, It's actually behind the wall panel, forward of the fridge, about in the vicinity of the sink. There is a ground screw in the top surface of the horizontal frame member that sits about halfway down the sidewall (just below the utility inlets).

You can't see it unless you pull the rear seat, the kitchen cabinets, and the inner wall panel... I only know where it is because I did all that this spring, in order to fix the creeping kitchen rust.
