Colorado is coming due on its review of emissions laws. What worries me is what has been going on behind closed doors by various lobby groups in prep for it. Especially since this summer the air quality in denver failed to many times again. Last time they discussed the emissions covering the whole state because of abuse of vehicle registrations and people not abiding by the work place sections of the law.
