I have had no instrument lamps lo these many nights. Sometimes the fuel guage was showing Empty on a full tank. Turning on the headlights would turn the tachometer off....Something was not right. I loosened 4 screws and a few wires to remove the binnacle. A dab of toothpaste on the male end of the panel plug (part of the fragile foil circuit) and a careful rub and a wipe and I am back in biz. Now if I could only get my replacement digital clock to fire up and the Hi-beam lamp to function I would have full function on my cool ride. Oh, check the brown ground wire while you are in there.
