I have searched the archives for information on how to retorque the heads with no luck. My '84 westy is not leaking and the PO said that the heads had been retorqued by the VW dealer as part of a VW program to prevent the heads from leaking. Is this something that I should re-check (the head nut torque) or does this just need to be done once? Thanks Pascal '84 Westy
