Subject: brake lines - fixed problem yesterday.
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

I didn't know anything about the brake lines. My 84 would have soft brakes one day and be fine the next. I finally pushed real hard on the brake pedal and broke the rusting spot in the line open and they leaked much more. At least I found the problem. I got some premade sections of brake line at Napa and bent them into shape. It took two and a coupler. Now I just have to bleed all the air out. Wait, first I have to get the bleeder valves open. They are totally rusted shut. Will have to replace the wheel cylinders on a couple of them. I'll be sure to use never seize this time!
