Well Joy, it's all a question of "overhead", $800 (1500sf 50x30 feets)a month all included, i will be happy just to pay the rent for the first year..... Break even!!! (am, keeping my day job for the first 8 month)

As for tools & equipments, they are all mine, i gather those over the years. The only thing i bought is the engine crane.

I learn something in the pass years...if you have to work in life, try to love what you do (am not loving what i do anymore)!!! nothing else matter...life is to short. I feel good with a ratchet or a sanding machine in my hands....

If you don't try...you will never know! (that is like my first paint job ever, what a mess i did, lol)
