Dave: Only move the stops to change the speeds both high and low. Change your throttle cable length to get full throttle use. Also helps to clean the dirt and sand out from under the pedal. (Mine's a work van and that really becomes an issue when on construction sites! Al Brase 69 double cab, Vanagons
