After living in my Westfalia full-time for the past 5 1/2 years, I usually sleep with my head towards the rear hatch. Why? Because I like it, it's right for me and my pillow doesn't fall on the floor (I use 2). And yes, my reading lights are installed in the former Rear AC Cabinet as well. So nanner, nanner to all that sleep the other way.

Actually, if it floats yer boat, gives you dial tone or turns you on, sleep whatever way suits you.

So there ;-)
