Here is a $10 dollar faucet replacement/set-up that we find to be better than the oiginal. Here is my post complete with photos:

The only thing to add is that I was able to find a drainback valve from a $5.00 syphon pump (at Canadian Tire) and I just inserted this into the line under the 'faucet' and this has helped with the drainback problem that I had. This set-up may not 'look nice' but it is very functional. M
