To use the Shurflow, or one of our European faucets you need to make a cover plate to fit over the original hole. The faucet would mount through a hole 3/4 inch on the shurflo, or a bit smaller on the euro brand (Keller).

If someone wants to make a paper template of the opening and mounting holes, I can have a stainless steel cover plate made and offer this as a kit.

The nice thing about this conversion, is that you get much more control over the water volume and the faucet will pivot in 2 directions. The on and off is built in to the handle and they offer you a little bit of control over the water volume.
