Fellow List members,

I am trying to identify which States allow studded tires.

 We are looking for a new source for Nokian tires as the local wholesaler has decided that they want to keep their inventory for their retail outlets only. I would prefer to find a dealer that has studding equipment so that they can ship tires prestudded, though we are willing to purchase them without studs and stud them ourselves.
