Subject:      17mm Transmission drain tool in Vancouver?

I want to change the tranny oil on my 4 speed 84 Westy.

The 17mm allen head drain plug (and filler plug) are really tight.  I
tried a 17mm bolt with double nuts but it wouldn't work.

Does anyone know where I can buy/rent/borrow a 17mm hex socket or
17mm allen wrench near Vancouver BC?  I've tried Canadian Tire,
Lordo, and Napa.  None of them carry anything over 16mm.
