PA Turnpike near Pittsburgh does have construction...however, fortunately MOST of it is on the west bound lanes.

Um, you're going to find it difficult to go south on I-70 after Breezewood and get on I-68 East I-68 dead ends at I-70 and is only westbound at that point....

You'll continue on I-70 East.
