nothing "bolts on" properly without a mod.. yes, you can just "bolt on a mk1/early mk2 golf/jetta/scirocco steering wheel, but your horn may not work and your turn sigs may not cancel, without modding the back of the steering wheel to properly seat down against the contacts. the leather wrapped mk2 GTI steering wheels i have for sale have the backs of them modded, to allow full funcionability of the horn and turn signal cancel. and this makes them bolt right on.. you do not have to mod the steering column or shaft like Yoshi did.
