Don't screw around with used speedos! It's not worth it. Buy a new one, then no nmore troubles.

Try Camelback VW in Phoenix, AZ 1-800-876-5199 Ask for Sean in the parts department.

If you tell them you are a member of the Vanagon List, and that you live out of state ( be sure you do in fact) you should ge a nice discount on a new speedo.
