Mines leaks and seems to have more "get up and go" when it's runs out of fluid, but a real bear to park.
I have this figure in my head that it's around 2.5 HP...but I could be out... With the larger steering wheel & appropriate tyres inflated correctly, a non-PS van is an easy enough thing to drive/steer/park. I have never yearned for PS in a T3. Years ago I had a 3.8L Mk2 Jaguar without power steering. Now that was a bastard to do a 3 point turn in ;) ...although once you got going, it had an excellent feel of the road and was great car to drive...
