1 more emblem question - are these glues on or is there holes in the decklid? Tom

On my 1986 Vanagon GL, the "Vanagon GL" emblem is just above the crease near the bottom of the hatch (and is balance on the left by a "Volkswagen VW" emblem. On my 1991 Vanagon GL (Westy, though that isn't likely to be significant). The "Vanagon GL" emblem is about 2 inches above the crease. Of course, the 1991 also has the big circular VW emblem in the middle of the hatch and it also lacks the "Volkswagen VW" emblem on the left side.... The "Syncro" emblem on both is below the crease on the right side. Just an oddity, but that extra inch of room between the "Vanagon GL" emblem and the crease was just made for something.... |
