I go to the store with my van too, and to costco and I like it cause the kids are eight feet behind me and i actually have to 'stop the car to come back there'. Edgar, the party van, just turned 200,000 miles. What's more I had gone over 10,000 miles in 14 months with out doing a thing. Yes, I was a bad maintenance guy, and yes it was a pricey tune up - wires, cap, filters, some fuel line, new CV joint boots. When I had my type 3 ghia and squareback, VolksCafe did not impress me, but as a vanagon owner...
