To get a view of this fellow who was banned from the list ostensibly forever for what some considered hateful transgressions and who occupies the top spot on my autodelete file, just search the archives. Left as an exercise for the reader of course. So who uses chains on their vanagon, on the tires I mean. I have a syncro and occasionally encounter situations (caliche, crowned ice) that do not allow passage with rubber tires that don't clog with caliche (evil slippery sticky mud often found between you and your objective). I may have for sale a set of OME/syncro.org shocks that are not suitable for my syncro/SVX conversion. Replacing the shocks with better ones completely eliminated the terrifying oversteer.
