Subject: Need an ETKA that actually works !

If anyone has a version of the VW ETKA that really works with Windows 2000, I'd like to buy it. Clearly VW has complicated this vitally important function quite like some other things like the simple functional logic & testing of the notourous Dynamic Oil Pressure Warning System.

A while back I purchased an ETKA CD from Darryl at AA Transaxle that has NEVER WORKED. After a disapointing load of email IT, nonsense excuses from him I gave up and went back to just simple microfiche. Just reading the Vanagon list of complaints about ETKA, it's clear that something is wrong or incomplete with the VW EKTA soft ware. If anyone knows how to load and open EKTA with W2000 successfully, I'd appreciate your advice. AA Transaxle need not respond...........

TIA, John
