The problem is that ETKA was not designed to  run on our systems !  It was
designed to run on proprietary equipment made  for VW.  It was copied and hacked
by some enterprising soul a long, long  time ago and making it run on Windows
platforms has been done successfully by  many.  Not always easy but it has
been done.  Now maybe your copy of  ETKA is missing some files I cannot tell
without an exhaustive comparisons of  files.  I can tell you that the copies I
sell do work under all Windows  platforms if installed properly for that
platform.  I am not the expert in  Windows installation either so don't ask what your
about to.  There are  many on the List that know how to do this, ask them !
