Was going to go into a non vw. The trick was the multitude of sensors that engine needs to be functional to run. We ran tests on a running northstar vehicle and decided to look for another engine. Many newer engines by others will cause the same problems we ran into. To many sensors to defeat or relocate but the computer still has to be able to somehow get real info. It can be done but be ready to probably spend several weeks getting it to run right.
