What I have done is pulled out the rear cabinets and the wall panels. Obtained quarter inch oak plywood and recovered the cabinets in the plywood and used the wall panels as patterns to cut out new wall panels in the oak plywood. So far I have done the sliding door, the bottom of the bed, (did not put the cabinet that went across the top back in), the wall panels in the rear, the rear hatch. Still doing some other work on the front of the vehicle and when it is done I will continue the oak on through the front. My next piece to do is the roof of the driver/pax seat at front. When you use this method you cannot use the normal fasteners. I used a black push through (pine tree) that I picked up at napa in packages of 10 or 12 to the pack. While I have walls open I inspect for rust and replace insulation if needed.
