Anyone know what kind of horsepower (to the road) gain by "tossing" the PS? Mines leaks and seems to have more "get up and go" when it's runs out of fluid, but a real bear to park.

I have this figure in my head that it's around 2.5 HP...but I could be out...

With the larger steering wheel & appropriate tyres inflated correctly, a non-PS van is an easy enough thing to drive/steer/park. I have never yearned for PS in a T3.

Years ago I had a 3.8L Mk2 Jaguar without power steering. Now that was a bastard to do a 3 point turn in ;) ...although once you got going, it had an excellent feel of the road and was great car to drive...
