Subject: Brake pressure bleeder attachment
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

So, yet another cool vanagon dude, Alistair Bell, helps me out and suggests that what I really need is a pressure bleeder for my brakes instead of swapping out the relatives in my house that find it a pain to keep pumping the brake pedal for me when I drain the brake system of air. I find this site. Thanks! http://www.bmw-m.net/TechProc/bleeder.htm

I'm in the office now and can't remember whether the brake reservoir had a tap on it. I seem to remember that there might have been something on the brake reservoir to hook a tube onto? maybe wishful thinking? If not, do people have have a suggestion for an aftermarket cap that I can use to hack in a tap?

Also, why are the Bus Depot ATE brake calipers so much cheaper than other places? $100 each for new ones... Is this for real? I'm still planning to reuse my current calipers and just spend $20 on the gasket kit. $20 does both sides, right?

Regards, Craig
