Subject:      1.9L heads core value?
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; x-avg-checked=avg-ok-3C2F3443;

Hey Volks, I've got 2 very used heads from an '84 1.9L One of them has quite a bit of corrosion damage on the gasket surface and the other has a seriously trashed exhaust valve. I don't see any cracks in either head.

Neither is serviceable as is, but might be rebuildable cores.

Do these have any value? If they're worth enough to box them up and drag them to UPS and ship them to someone I'd be happy to sell them and see them rebuilt and reused. Otherwise they'll end up in the aluminum scrap barrel... but I hate to trash them if they're rebuildable.

I put a couple photos of them here.

Anyone wanna make an offer on them?

Thanks,
