Subject: Brake Pressure Bleeder - Cheap and Easy

I did this for a BMW which used the same fluid reservoir for the clutch and brakes; don't see why it wouldn't work for a van:

Get a spare brake reservoir cap from a wrecking yard. Go to a truck tire shop and get a truck tire valve. Truck tire valves bolt in. Drill a hole in the centre of the cap the same size as the valve stem. Put in the stem, tighten it down, and yer done.

To use: Put bleeder cap on reservoir. Attach bicycle pump. Pump a few times, till you see the plastic of the reservoir expand a tiny bit. Don't pump too much -- something messy will happen. (!) Go do your bleed, and return to pump the bike pump as necessary.

I'll get a picture up sooner or later...

Anyone notice a trend? Am I cheap or what?
