Many items that claim safe for indoor use are relying on the sheer volume of
air in a home and that doors do occassionally get opened to revent air.
When I was doing some new furnace planning in the homei ran into those
little things.  Note that most building codes forbid the use of these type
heaters in bathrooms unless the bathroom is a continual vented space.  Note
that a bathroom has a tendancy to be closed for a while is a much smaller
space and that vents are not normally on at all times.

Notes from the users manual

If the recreational or commercial enclosure does not have a window or roof
vent, DO NOT USE THIS HEATER.

May be used indoors in emergencies in spaces having combustion air and
ventilation.
