Steve,

If you pull the arm rest out a little you will see a roll pin in there that holds it on. Knock that out with a drift, the arm will come off then lock tight the hinge back together and reinstall the arm rest and roll pin.

On a related subject, the screws that hold mine to the seat are getting loose. How can I tighten them without making holes in the vinyl? Al Brase
