The sad saga of my $174 Hellroaring battery isolator continues. it was defective originally and they repaired it. Now it still doesn't work and 6 weeks later winter is drawing nigh.

Has anyone actually dealt with these people? I have had about 12 emails and 4 telephone conversation with Mike Hines, yet all he does is blame me and asks incessant questions about my wiring. He insists that in all these years not one person has had a problem installing and my wiring is defective and caused the isolator to burn out. Today he refused to refund my $174 saying he already repaired the unit for free.

Are these guys for real? Am I stuck with a 174 dollar boat anchor?

This sucks...
