Hi Craig, The bubble wrap is easy actually once you have things cut to size and determined what method you want to hold it up with (I've seen spring clamps and velcro as well as duct tape :-) The Buddy Heater works, but will suck a canister dry in no time. My friends use one in their bay window westy. We live in Oregon, so the coldest it gets is a shade under freezing at most elevations (under the passes). Have you been to the Eurocamper site? The have the foil insulation kits for the inside windows. I'm gonna get this stuff too soon and am still deciding on what to do about a heater myself. I just bought a BA6 Eberspacher, but probaly won't install it as it's not intended to run like a regular furnace and is an AMP pig. For now, it's poly-por underwear and cap w/ a goose down -20 bag & one 100lb Akita dog :-) Brian |
