He is on a federal beast. Concur with the probably clogged cat. Remove it
and inspect it. If all cracked and collapsed replace. If all clogged up
and looking tarry and maybe melted on the engine side. Replace. If nice
clean tan and you can look right through with no clogged holes you are
probably alright. No o2 sensor on federal.
