I don't even want to tell you how much I had to pay for a 3 volume Bentley
set for the 92-94 Audi 100 CS series of cars.  Those are not available
anywhere except on CD and I had to have them.  Imagine what the Bentleys
would go for if they suddenly ent out of print.
