It is almost as easy to get them back in as it is to get them out. It is rather difficult to descirbe but it involves placing string in the seal and having a buddy press on the window while you on the inside pull the string all the way around the seal and pull it into the body. Sorry for the run-on. I didnt use any sealer on my Van and it doesnt leak. I live in Seattle. So if its gonna leak it will be in my neck of the woods ;)
