Had that happen to me on one trip.  When I got to the campsite I crawled
under to look at something and happened to note that my white cube fuel
filter didn¹t look quite right.  Pulled it off in a way to keep everything
in it and poured it into a glass.  It was about half water.  Figured that
when I was going up the slopes the water was now getting sucked into the
pump and more was probably coming out of the tank.

I just blew that filter out and put it back on and checked it again when I
got home.  Had just a little bit of water in it.
