Welcome Jeff, A vanagon, any vanagon is worth quite a bit if you want to be able to drive the 911 of vans. As Porsche adds used to chant "there is no substitute" When it comes to westy vw vans, its the same case. There is nothing quite like a vw van. Best of luck on the rust issue. If it gets too bad fly out to CA and pick one up from one of these folks who are clueless as to what a vanagon really is. There are many around and they are highly under-rated by most folks.
