I know a guy that uses one of these and he just loves it. Myself I found
some similar to the stock ones at boaters world and used two sided tape to
mount on the heater cover infront of the shifter.

I have been thinking of purchasing one of these from www.eurocampers.com for
my westy conversion.
It has cup holders up on the dash which is the only place for me, and a cool
folding table that folds out on the pass side for map viewing, jotting
notes,etc. .
